Donations and Sponsorships Opportunities

Become a valuable supporter of the “6th World Conference on Congenital Disorders of Glycosylation (CDG) for families and professionals”. This year's theme is “Building a collaborative, community-centric strategy to boost drug development for all CDGs”! and includes novelties aimed at securing a global participation, thanks to 3 educational tracks divided between the virtual and in-person events. This means that you will be offered with a variety of opportunities to connect, learn, exchange and raise visibility to your needs, experiences and work.

Concerning the virtual Pre-conference sessions "World Think Metabolic, Think CDG Academy”: they are delivered in English. It is intended to provide stakeholders with the knowledge and skills needed to navigate research and drug development in the field of rare diseases. It will be of great help to navigate along the overall sessions that will be delivered during the in-person 6th World Conference on CDG.

Concerning the In-Person events, please note that both will take place at NOVA School of Science and Technology, FCT NOVA, Caparica, Portugal. And includes: 

  • The “First World CDG Advocacy, Policy and Leadership Academy” It is tailored for leaders of CDG patient groups and their advocates and helps our CDG Organizations and representatives to be successful advocates.
  • And the “6th World Conference on CDG” offers sessions from 21-23 July 2023. It is intended for all stakeholders.

Several collaborators of the CDG & Allies –Professionals and Patients International Network, are volunteering to secure all operational and logistic activities related to this big event. The CDG & Allies –Professionals and Patients International Network, is an autonomous group within NOVA.id.FCT – Associação para a Inovação e Desenvolvimento da FCT (NOVA.id), with head office at Campus de Caparica, 2829-516 Caparica, the collective entity no. 513010661. Donations & Sponsorship Form

Several collaborators of the CDG & Allies –Professionals and Patients International Network, are volunteering to secure all operational and logistic activities related to this big event. However, we still need your donation to help us do our work.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

This is a form that will express your interest to donating/sponsoring the “6th World Conference on Congenital Disorders of Glycosylation (CDG) for families and professionals”. Your donation/sponsorship will be received by the CDG & Allies-PPAIN account at the Faculty of Sciences and Technology of NOVA University of Lisbon and completely directed to impactful CDG research and awareness activities. The donation/sponsorship process is as follows: 
1. You submit the Donation&Sponsorship form for expressing your interest in donating/sponsoring.
2. After submitting the form, you will receive an email in the next few days with an invoice directed to you. This invoice will contain the details for payment (via bank transfer)
3. After payment, you will receive a receipt acknowledging that we have received your payment.
